1. Who we are

Majlis VPN is an independent, non-profit project created to provide free and secure access to information. We manage a network of servers in 54 countries and provide VPN services completely free of charge, without advertising and without selling user data.

Our main value is your privacy. We have developed the technical architecture in such a way that we are physically unable to view, record, or transmit information about your online activities.

2. Data that we do NOT collect (No-Logs)

Majlis VPN adheres to a strict "zero logs" policy. We don't know what you're doing online. It's not just a promise, it's an architectural decision.

Browsing history — we do not track or store the sites you visit
IP addresses — your real IP address is not stored on our servers
DNS queries — all requests are processed anonymously and not logged
Timestamps — we do not know when you connected or disconnected
Bandwidth usage — we do not limit or meter your traffic

3. Limited data for service operation

To ensure the technical functionality of the service, we temporarily process the following data. It is automatically deleted within 24 hours and never shared with third parties.

This data is stored in the servers' RAM and is not written to persistent storage. We cannot associate it with a specific user.

4. Data sharing with third parties

Majlis VPN never sells or shares your data. We do not cooperate with advertising networks, marketing agencies, or analytics platforms. We simply have nothing to share — we know nothing about you.

The only exception is a compulsory request from government authorities in the jurisdiction where the servers are located. But since we have no logs, we have nothing to provide even under official request.

5. Security and encryption

Shadowsocks protocol — modern encryption with 256-bit keys
Perfect Forward Secrecy — each session uses unique keys
DNS-over-TLS — all DNS queries are encrypted

6. Cookies

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies for functionality. We do not use trackers, analytical cookies, or advertising identifiers.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect the VPN service.

7. Your rights

In accordance with GDPR and other regulations, you have the right:

To access data — but we have none
To delete data — nothing to delete
To object to processing — we do not process anything

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy. All changes are published on this page. If changes are significant, we will notify users through our website.
